摘要:
目的:探究宣肺渗湿汤联合穴位敷贴对成人急性呼吸窘迫综合征影响。方法:选择108例成人急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者,采取随机数字表法将患者分为两组。对照组患者54例,常规西医治疗; 观察组患者54例,在对照组治疗基础上联合宣肺渗湿汤及穴位敷贴治疗。比较两组患者各项指标。结果:观察组患者有效率98.15%,高于对照组87.04%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者SOFA评分、APACHEII评分及中医症状积分、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后各组患者SOFA评分、APACHEII评分及中医症状积分、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平改善,观察组各项评分及IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者机械通气时间及ICU入住时间均短于对照组,观察组患者并发症发生率1.85%低于对照组12.96%,观察组患者6个月疾病复发率0.00%低于对照组7.41%(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺渗湿汤联合穴位敷贴在成人急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者中应用效果良好。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of Xuanfei Shenshi decoction combined with acupoint application on acute respiratory distress syndrome in adults.Methods:Study included 108 cases of adult patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome to take a random number table method divided the patients into two groups: control group(54 cases)in patients with conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group of patients in the control group(54 cases)treatment on the basis of joint Xuanfei Shenshi decoction and acupoint sticking therapy,compared two groups of patients the indicators.Results: The effective rate of the observation group(98.15%)was higher than that of the control group(87.04%)(P<0.05).Before the treatment,two groups of patients with SOFA score,APACHE II score and TCM symptoms integral,IL -6,CRP,TNF-α level(P>0.05).SOFA score groups of patients after treatment,APACHEII score and TCM symptoms integral,IL - 6,CRP,TNF-α level improved,the observation group the score and IL - 6,CRP,the level of TNF-α was superior to control group(P<0.05).The duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the complication rate in the observation group(1.85%)was lower than that in the control group(12.96%),and the 6-month disease recurrence rate in the observation group(0.00%)was lower than that in the control group(7.41%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfei Shenshi decoction combined with acupoint application has a good effect in adult patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome.
