摘要:
目的:探讨通窍活血汤联合回阳九针对老年性痴呆患者的治疗效果及其安全性。方法:选取70例老年性痴呆患者,随机分为对照组予以奥氮平口服治疗和研究组予以通窍活血汤联合回阳九针治疗,两组各35例,均连续治疗8周。比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后8周中医症候积分、数字广度、快速词汇分类测验(RVR)、简易精神状态检查(MMSE)及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分情况。结果:相比治疗前,两组治疗后8周中医症候积分均明显下降(P<0.05); 研究组治疗前和治疗后中医症候积分与对照组比较,均无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后8周,两组数字广度、RVR及MMSE评分较治疗前均明显提高,ADL评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05); 研究组治疗前和治疗后数字广度、RVR、MMSE及ADL评分与对照组比较,均无明显差异(P>0.05)。研究组治疗相关不良反应发生率较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:通窍活血汤联合回阳九针对老年性痴呆患者的治疗效果与奥氮平口服治疗的疗效相当,但前者安全性较高,不良反应发生率较低。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with Huiyang Jiuzhen acupuncture on senile dementia.Methods:70 patients with Alzheimer's disease were randomly divided into two groups:the control group treated with olanzapine orally and the study group treated with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with Huiyang Jiuzhen acupuncture therapy.The scores of traditional Chinese medical symptom score,digital span,rapid verbal retrieve(RVR),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and activity of daily living scale(ADL)were compared between the two groups before and 8 weeks after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the scores of traditional Chinese medical symptoms in the two groups decreased significantly 8 weeks after treatment(P<0.05); there was no significant difference between the study group and the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of digital span,RVR and MMSE in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,ADL scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05); the scores of digital span,RVR,MMSE and ADL in the study group before and after treatment were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of treatment-related adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with Huiyang Jiuzhen acupuncture on Alzheimer's disease is similar to that of olanzapine,but the former has high safety and low incidence of adverse reactions,so it has good clinical application value.
