摘要:
目的:给出黏膜的中医五藏、五体定位。方法:以正常人体黏膜的分布及功能为研究资料,黏膜的功能归属为依据,建立黏膜与中医五藏、五体的联系,实现黏膜的中医五藏、五体定位。结果:黏膜相关淋巴组织的屏障作用和免疫效应与中医“皮”的防御功能相似; 消化道黏膜吸收营养物质、分泌消化液辅助消化功能属于中医脾藏主运化功能范畴; 输尿管黏膜和膀胱黏膜防止尿液渗漏、倒流的作用属于中医肾藏主水功能范畴; 女性子宫内膜和输卵管黏膜辅助排卵、营养卵子的作用属于中医肾藏主生殖功能范畴; 黏膜中的嗅觉感受器和味觉感受器产生特殊感觉信号的作用属于中医肝藏主疏泄功能范畴。结论:黏膜同时归属于中医的脾藏、肾藏、肝藏和皮,因此黏膜出现病变时,应从这4个方面进行病位辨识。
Abstract:
Objective:To realize the positioning of the mucosa in the five-zang and five-ti of TCM.Methods:Take the distribution and function of normal human mucosa as the research data and the function of mucosa as the basis,to establish the relationship between mucosa and the five-zang and five-ti of TCM.At last,we well get the positioning of the mucosa in the five-zang and five-ti of TCM.Results:The defensive role and immune effect of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue are similar to the defensive function of the “Pi” in TCM.The functions of digestive mucosa absorbing nutrients and secreting digestive fluid are belong to Pi-zang governing transportation and transformation in TCM.The functions of ureteral mucosa and bladder mucosa to prevent urine leakage and reflux belong to the function of Shen-zang governing water in TCM.The functions of female endometrium and fallopian tube mucosa to assist ovulation and nurture ovum belong to Shen-zang controlling reproduction in TCM.The function of olfactory receptors and taste receptors to produce special sensory signals belongs to Gan-zang controlling conveyance and dispersion in TCM.Conclusion:The mucosa belongs to Fei-zang,Pi-zang,Shen-zang and Pi.Therefore,when mucosal lesions occur,location identification should be carried out from these four sides.
