摘要:
目的:观察新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床特征,总结有效的中医药防治方法。方法:收集患者的临床资料,制定院内新冠2、3号方剂,观察患者的临床症状、体征及有效指标的变化。结果:宝鸡地区13例患者轻型1例,普通型8例(61.54%),重型4例(30.77%),呈聚集性发病8例(61.54%),入院时新冠肺炎临床表现符合病毒性肺炎特征,中医学证候学特征为湿毒郁肺或湿热郁肺。12例临床治愈出院,1例转院,临床治愈率92.31%,疗程9～17 d。结论:中西医结合诊治新冠肺炎,临床治愈率高,在短期内取得满意的治疗效果,中药在缓解患者病情方面效果明显。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical features of new corona virus disease 2019 epidemic and summarize the effective methods of TCM clinical prevention and treatment.Methods:Collect the clinical data of the patients,to formulate Xinguan No.2 and No.3 prescription,and observe the changes of the clinical symptoms,signs and effective indicators of the patients.Results:There were 13 patients in Baoji area,including 1 mild case,8 normal cases(61.54%)and 4 severe cases(30.77%),8 cases(61.54%)with aggregation disease.The clinical manifestations of new corona virus disease 2019 on admission were consistent with the characteristics of viral pneumonia,the characteristics of TCM syndromes are as follows wet poison yu lung or hot and humid yu lung.After treatment,Twelve patients were clinically cured and discharged from hospital,1 patient transferred,the clinical cure rate was 92.31%,the course of treatment lasts 9～17 days.Conclusion:In the treatment of new corona virus disease 2019 epidemic with traditional Chinese and western medicine,the clinical cure rate is high.To obtain satisfactory results in the short term.Traditional Chinese medicine has an obvious effect in alleviating the patient's condition.
