摘要:
目的:探讨补肾解毒方对辐射后小鼠血清白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)分泌水平的影响。方法:将90只小鼠随机分为空白组、辐射组、氨磷汀组、补肾解毒方防治结合组和补肾解毒方预防组,每组18只,并建立各组小鼠模型。在实验开始后第11天,除空白组外所有小鼠均接受一次性4Gy 60Co γ射线全身辐照,并于辐射后第1天、第7天、第14天每组随机抽取6只进行眼球取血,分离血清,应用ELISA法检测血清中IL-12、IFN-γ水平。结果:辐射后第1天,氨磷汀组IL-12水平高于辐射组(P<0.05),各组间IFN-γ水平无差异; 辐射后第7天,防治组IL-12水平高于辐射组(P<0.05),防治组IFN-γ水平高于辐射组与氨磷汀组(P<0.01,P<0.05),预防组IFN-γ水平高于辐射组(P<0.05),空白组IFN-γ水平高于辐射组和氨磷汀组(P<0.05); 辐射后第14天,各组IL-12、IFN-γ水平均无差异。结论:辐射后补肾解毒方可通过提高分泌血清中IL-12和IFN-γ的水平,起到增强辐射后小鼠免疫系统防护作用。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the effects of Bushen Jiedu prescription on the levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ in serum of mice after radiation.Methods:Ninety mice were randomly divided into blank group(BG),group of irradiated mice(RG),amifostine group(AG),Bushen Jiedu prescription prevention and therapy(treatment before and after)group(BPT),Bushen Jiedu prescription prevention(only before)group(BP),with 18 mice in each group.Mouse models were established for each group.On the 11 th day after the start of the experiment,all mice except BG received one-time 4Gy 60Co γ-rays radiation.On the 1st,7 th and 14 th day after radiation,6 serum samples were isolated from the blood samples,which were randomly collected from 6 mice of each group through the eyeball.IL-12 and IFN-γ in serum were tested by ELISA.Results:On the 1st day after radiation,the level of IL-12 in AG was higher than that in RG(P<0.05),and there was no difference in IFN-γ levels among groups.On the 7th day after radiation,the level of IL-12 in BPT was higher than that in RG(P<0.05),and level of IFN-γ in BPT was higher than that in RG and AG(P<0.01,P<0.05).The level of IFN-γ in BP was higher than that in RG(P<0.05),IFN-γ in BG was higher than that in RG and AG(P<0.05).On the 14th day after radiation,among the levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ in each group were no significant difference.Conclusion:Bushen Jiedu prescription can improve the secretion of IL-12 and IFN-γ in serum after radiation,and thus enhance the protective effect of immune system in mice after radiation.
