摘要:
目的:本研究通过观察温阳益气活血方联合常规西医治疗慢性心力衰竭C期(阳气亏虚血瘀证)患者治疗前后的症状及相关指标的发展变化,以期评价温阳益气活血方的临床有效性和安全性,为中医药治疗心衰提供临床新证据和新思路。方法:本研究选用慢性心力衰竭C期(阳气亏虚血瘀证)的住院患者共100例,采用随机、双盲、对照的研究方法,分为治疗组和对照组各50例,其中治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上加服温阳益气活血方,对照组给予常规西医治疗,两组分别治疗8周后,观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、Lee氏心衰积分、明尼苏达心衰生活质量评分(LHFQ)等变化。采用SPSS 21.0统计软件对治疗结果进行统计分析,最后得出结论。结果:经治疗后,最终完成本次临床研究的患者共92例,其中治疗组45例,对照组47例。治疗前后,两组患者中医证候积分及疗效评价、Lee氏心衰积分及明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查等方面均显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳益气活血方联合常规西药治疗心衰,能更好地改善心悸、气短、乏力等症状,改善阳虚、胸闷、自汗等次症、兼症等,明显下调了患者中医证候积分,Lee氏心衰积分,且疗效明显,可适度控制西药的使用量,减少患者耐药性和避免副作用的发生。
Abstract:
Objective:This study was conducted to observe the changes of the symptoms before and after treatment in patients with chronic heart failure in Stage C(Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in order to evaluate the effect of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue therapy combined with conventional western medicine treatment on the development of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue therapy.Clinical efficacy and safety provide new clinical evidence and new ideas for the treatment of heart failure by Chinese medicine.Methods:In this study,100 cases of patients with chronic heart failure in Stage C(Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were selected and used double-blind,randomized,and controlled study methods.50 cases were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional western medicine,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.After two weeks of treatment,the two groups were observed for the scores of TCM syndromes,Lee's scores before and after treatment,Minnesota heart failure quality of life scores and other changes.SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the treatment results,and finally reached a conclusion.Results:After treatment,a total of 92 patients completed the clinical study,including 45 patients in the treatment group and 47 in the control group.The observation results are summarized as follows:before and after treatment,the two groups of Minnesota heart failure quality of life scores improved compared with before cure,the treatment group had a significant difference(P<0.01); after treatment,the LHFQ and difference in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue therapy combined with conventional western medicine treatment in the treatment of heart failure can better improve symptoms such as palpitation,shortness of breath,and fatigue,and improve symptoms such as yang deficiency,chest tightness,and spontaneous perspiration,and it can significantly reduce the number of patients with TCM syndromes.The Lee's scores has obvious curative effect.It can moderately control the dosage of western medicine,reduce drug resistance and avoid side effects.
