摘要:
目的:总结庞宇舟教授在壮医“毒虚论”理论指导下治疗痹证经验与特色。方法:从壮医生理病理角度认识痹证,确立解毒补虚法,以壮医药地道药材及血肉有情之品,内外并调,标本兼治。结果:庞教授以经方结合壮医地道药材及外治法行医几十载,因地因人,灵活变通,擅以“简、廉、灵、稳”等特色诊疗技法而深受民众欢迎。同时庞教授努力弘扬民族特色,致力于壮医壮药与当地特色病种的基础研究与临床总结,为壮医药的传承和发展做出了突出贡献。结论:庞教授在壮医“毒虚论”理论指导下以解毒补虚法治疗痹证,标本兼顾,临床疗效显著,为中医、壮医的融合发展做出了突出贡献。
Abstract:
Objective:To summarize Professor PANG Yuzhou's experience and characteristics in the treatment of bi disease under the guidance of the theory of Poison and deficiency of Zhuang medicine.Methods:From the physiological and pathological point of view of Zhuang medicine,it is essential to establish the method of detoxification and tonifying,using authentic medicinal materials,blood and meat products of Zhuang medicine to cure bi disease.Results:Professor Pang has been practicing traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine and external treatment for several decades.Because of the flexibility of local conditions and people,he is good at curing bi disease from simplicity,integrity,spirituality,and stability.and other characteristic diagnosis and treatment techniques,which are popular among the public.At the same time,Professor Pang made great efforts to carry forward the national characteristics,committed to the basic research,clinical summary and local characteristic diseases,and made outstanding contributions to the inheritance and development of Zhuang medicine.Conclusion:Under the guidance of the theory of Poison and deficiency of Zhuang medicine,Professor Pang treated bi disease with the method of detoxification and tonifying with significant effect,and made outstanding contribution to the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Zhuang medicine.
