摘要:
目的:探讨消疕汤对寻常型银屑病血热证的免疫调节作用。方法:选取126例寻常型银屑病血热证患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各63例。对照组采用阿维A胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合服用消疕汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前、治疗4周时的皮损面积与严重性指数(PASI)评分、瘙痒评分、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分以及血清IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-17、IL-22、IFN-γ/IL-4 表达水平,另观察用药期间不良反应。结果:研究组治疗总有效率88.89%,显著高于对照组74.60%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者上述评分相比治疗前均明显下降,且研究组下降程度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-17、IL-22、IFN-γ/IL-4相比治疗前均明显下降,且研究组下降程度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿维A胶囊联合消疕汤治疗寻常型银屑病效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状、PASI评分以及生活质量,降低血清IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-17、IL-22、IFN-γ/IL-4 表达水平,发挥免疫调节作用。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the immune regulation effect of Xiaobi decoction on Xuere type psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:126 patients with psoriasis vulgaris of Xuere type were selected as the research subjects,and the random number table method was used to divide them into 63 cases each in the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with Awei A capsule,while the research group was treated with Xiaobi decoction in combination with the control group.The clinical efficacy,the area of skin lesions,severity index(PASI)score,pruritus score,and dermatological quality of life index(DLQI)score were compared between the two groups before treatment and at 4 weeks of treatment were compared.The serum levels of IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-17,IL-22,IFN-γ/IL-4 were measured,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total effective rate of research treatment 88.89% was significantly higher than that of the control group 74.60%(P<0.05).After treatment,the above scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment,and the degree of decline in the study group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-17,IL-22,and IFN-γ/IL-4 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decline in the study group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Awei A capsule combined with Xiaobi decoction has significant effect on psoriasis vulgaris,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,PASI score and quality of life of patients,reduce serum IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-17,IL-22,IFN-γ/IL-4 expression level and play an immunoregulatory role.
