摘要:
目的:探讨补阳还五汤联合梅花针叩刺治疗脑梗死偏瘫的临床效果。方法:选取106例脑梗死偏瘫患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组53例,对照组给以梅花针叩刺及常规手法,观察组在对照组的基础上给以补阳还五汤。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗1个月后,两组神经功能缺损情况均改善、FIM和BI评分均提高,且观察组较对照组明显好转(P<0.05)。经两个疗程,两组患者血清中的炎性因子IL-8 、TNF-α 、hs-CRP水平较治疗前均明显降低,且观察组炎症情况较对照组明显减轻( P<0.05)。两组患者的CTRP9、SES指标均有所提高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效总有效率94.34%,明显高于对照组75.47%。结论:补阳还五汤联合梅花针叩刺治疗脑梗死偏瘫具有良好的临床疗效,补阳还五汤能够促进患者神经功能缺损的好转,降低患者血清中的炎症因子并提高CTRP9、SES指标的水平,改善了患者的生活独立性,取得了较理想的临床治疗效果。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with plum flower needle tapping in the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods:106 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.Treatment outcomes were compared.Results:After one month of treatment,the neurological deficits of the two groups were improved,and the FIM and BI scores were increased.The neurological function of observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After two courses of treatment,the serum levels of inflammatory factors IL-8,TNF-α and hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the inflammation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The CTRP9 and SES indexes of the two groups were improved,and that of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(94.34%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.47%).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu decoction combined tap thorn plum needle treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia has good clinical curative effect and Buyang Huanwu decoction can promote patients with nerve function defect,reduce the inflammation in the patients with serum factor and improve the level of CTRP9,SES indicators,improve the patients life independence,better clinical therapeutic effect.
