摘要:
目的:研究扶正清肺汤对于老年肺炎患者血清炎性因子、降钙素原(PCT)等指标的影响。方法:选取82例老年肺炎患者作为观察资料,入选患者平均分为西药组与中药组,西药组常规给予单纯西药治疗,中药组在西药治疗的同时给予扶正清肺汤治疗; 治疗2个疗程后,对比两组临床疗效,统计两组患者症状消失时间,观察两组治疗前后患者感染指标:白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞占比(NEU)、血清球蛋白(GLB)、血清PCT水平与血清炎性因子; 肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)表达水平的改变情况。结果:中药组总有效率(97.56%)高于西药组(85.37%),且整体临床疗效较西药良好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05); 中药组咳嗽消失时间、气喘缓解时间、肺湿啰音消失时间、X线胸片肺部恢复时间与总住院时间均短于西药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05); 治疗前两组各项感染指标、血清炎性因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗后,两组患者WBC、NEU、GLB、血清PCT水平均较前降低,且组间对比中药组更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05); 治疗后,两组患者TNF-α、IL-6、CRP表达水平均较前降低,且组间对比中药组更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正清肺汤能够提高老年肺炎的临床疗效,促进临床症状缓解,进一步改善患者血清炎性因子、降钙素原等指标。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Qingfei decoction on serum inflammatory factors,procalcitonin(PCT)and other indicators in elderly patients with pneumonia.Methods:82 elderly patients with pneumonia treated were selected as the observation data.The selected patients were divided into western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group.Western medicine group was routinely treated with western medicine alone.After 2 courses of treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect,statistics of two groups of patients with symptoms disappear time,observe two groups of patients before and after the treatment of infection index:white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage(NEU),serum globulin(GLB),serum PCT level and serum inflammatory factors:the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6),c-reactive protein(CRP)in the case of a change expression level.Results:The total effective rate(97.56%)of the TCM group was higher than that of the western medicine group(85.37%),and the overall clinical effect was better than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of cough,time of remission of asthma,time of disappearance of lung dampness rales,time of pulmonary recovery on chest X-ray and total hospitalization in the TCM group were shorter than that in the western medicine group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there was no statistical difference in infection index and serum inflammatory factor level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of WBC,NEU,GLB and serum PCT in the two groups were all lower than before,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the two groups were all lower than before,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Qingfei decoction can improve the clinical effect of senile pneumonia,promote the relief of clinical symptoms,and further improve the serum inflammatory factors,procalcitonin and other indicators.
