摘要:
目的:探讨肾衰宁胶囊联合泼尼松治疗慢性肾炎的疗效及对肾功能和血小板的影响。方法:选择慢性肾炎患者90例。随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例,患者均采取常规对症治疗,对照组给予醋酸泼尼松片治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上给予肾衰宁胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、 24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upro)、血小板计数(PLT)变化及临床疗效。观察治疗3个月后,两组生活质量情况。结果: 治疗后,两组中医证候积分明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Scr、BUN、24 h Upro水平均降低,PLT水平均升高(P<0.05); 观察组治疗后Scr、BUN、24 h Upro水平均低于对照组,PLT水平高于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组总有效率88.89%高于对照组71.11%(P<0.05); 两组临床不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后生活质量评分升高,观察组与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾衰宁胶囊联合泼尼松可显著改善慢性肾炎患者肾功能,提高血小板水平。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenshuaining capsule combined with prednisone on chronic nephritis and its effect on renal function and platelet.Methods:90 patients with chronic nephritis were selected.Randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The patients were treated with routine symptomatic treatment.The control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablet.The observation group was treated with Shenshuaining capsule on the basis of the control group.Results:After 1,2 and 3 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of Scr,BUN and 24 h Upro decreased and PLT increased in the two groups(P<0.05).after the treatment,the levels of Scr,BUN and 24 h in the observation group increased(P<0.05).Upro level was lower than that of the control group,PLT level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of clinical adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenshuaining capsule combined with prednisone can significantly improve the renal function of patients with chronic nephritis,improve the level of platelet.
