摘要:
目的:观察口炎清颗粒联合复方谷氨酰胺颗粒治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的效果。方法:选取复发性阿弗他溃疡82例(年龄>6岁)为研究对象,随机分为两组,各41例,对照组给予复方谷氨酰胺颗粒,观察组给予口炎清颗粒联合复方谷氨酰胺颗粒。比较治疗前、后的各项症状评分、药物刺激反应、临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗后两组患者灼烧感、数目、充血、疼痛、大小评分较治疗前均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组G0为65.85%、G1为29.27%、G2为4.88%,对照组G0为68.29%、G1为29.27%、G2为2.44%,两组患者对药物刺激的反应程度比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组与对照组的平均溃疡期分别为(4.36±1.22)d、(6.78±1.45)d,临床总有效率分别为95.12%、78.05%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为34.16%、56.10%。结论:复发性阿弗他溃疡患者经口炎清颗粒联合复方谷氨酰胺颗粒治疗能改善各项临床症状,缩短溃疡期,减少不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of Kouyanqing granule combined with compound glutamine granule in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer.Methods:82 patients(aged>6 years)with recurrent aphthous ulcer were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 patients each.The control group was given compound glutamine granule,and the observation group given kouyanqing granule and compound glutamine granule.The symptom scores before and after treatment were compared,and the reaction to drug stimulation,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared.Results:After treatment,the burning sensation,number,congestion,pain,and size scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the response to drug stimulation between the observation group(G0:65.85%,G1:29.27%,G2:4.88%)and the control group(G0:68.29%,G1:29.27%,G2:2.44%)(P>0.05).The average ulcer period of the observation group and the control group were(4.36 ± 1.22)d and(6.78 ± 1.45)d,respectively.The clinical effective rates of the observation group and the control group after treatment were 95.12% and 78.05%,the observation group has better curative effect and meaningful(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 34.16% and 56.10%.Conclusion:The treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer by combination of Kouyanqing granule and compound glutamine granule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the ulcer stage,and no obvious drug stimulation response.
