摘要:
目的:探讨肺力咳胶囊联合沙丁胺醇治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)疗效及对患者肺功能影响。方法:选取80例COPD患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为研究组和对照组,每组患者40例。对照组患者采取沙丁胺醇治疗,研究组患者采取肺力咳胶囊联合沙丁胺醇治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效和肺功能。结果:研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-4、FEV1、FVC、PEF均改善,且研究组患者各炎性指标均低于对照组,各肺功能指标均高于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为7.5%和10%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肺力咳胶囊联合沙丁胺醇治疗COPD疗效较好,可改善患者临床症状,减少气道炎性反应,改善肺功能。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Feilike capsule combined with salbutamol on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and its effect on pulmonary function.Methods:80 patients with COPD were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with salbutamol,and the study group treated with Feilike capsule combined with salbutamol.The effect and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TNF-α,hs-CRP,IL-4,FEV1,FVC,PEF of the two groups were significantly improved.The inflammatory indicators of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,and the lung function indicators were higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse reaction rate of the study group was 7.5%,that in the control group 10%.The difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Feilike capsule combined with salbutamol is effective in the treatment of COPD.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of airway inflammation,improve the pulmonary function.
