摘要:
历代医家多从三消分治糖尿病,认为其病位分属于肺、胃、肾,然而熊莉华教授认为五脏皆可致消,但脾统四脏,为治病之本。且三消皆与脾相关,胰亦归属于脾,治脾即治胰,故脾才是导致糖尿病发生发展的关键,并提出糖尿病应从脾论治的观点。从脾论治糖尿病应以健脾运脾为基本治疗原则,常使用益气养阴、理气化湿药物以健运脾气,调节中焦气机,以期恢复脾之转输功能。本文详细阐述了熊莉华教授从脾论治糖尿病的理论基础,并结合临床案例分析熊莉华教授从脾论治糖尿病的经验。
Abstract:
Most of the doctors in the past dynasties treated diabetes from three types,thinking the disease locations belonged to the lung,stomach and kidney.However,professor XIONG Lihua believes that all the five Zang-organs can lead to diabetes but spleen is the primary one,since it dominates the others.All three types of diabetes are associated with spleen.And the pancreas belongs to the spleen in the traditional Chinese Medicine,so treating the spleen is treating the pancreas.Therefore,it is the spleen that the key to the development of diabetes.So diabetes should be treated from the spleen.Treating diabetes from the spleen should be based on the principle of strengthening and moving the spleen.Drugs those can supplementing qi and nourishing yin or regulating qi and resolving damp are often used to strengthen and move the spleen,regulate the qi movement in middle-jiao and finally restore the transfer funtion of spleen.This paper elaborates the theoretical basis of Professor XIONG Lihua's theory on the treatment of diabetes mellitus from the spleen and combines with clinical case to analyze her experience in spleen treatment.
