摘要:
复发性流产病因病机责之为冲任虚损,胎元不固,治疗多以固肾安胎为主。但是,由于这类流产目前发现其有“易栓症”的病理,导师认为,此属于“瘀血占据血室”的出血性疾病,属于“瘀血未净,新血不能归经”,采用“通因通用”之法,在寿胎丸、泰山磐石散胶、胎元饮、玉屏风散等方基础上,结合阿司匹林、低分子肝素等改善微循环和免疫状态,提高孕育机率,取得了良好的疗效。
Abstract:
he etiology and pathogenesis of recurrent abortion are deficiency of Chong and Ren,unfixed fetal yuan,and the treatment is mainly to strengthen the kidney and stabilize the fetus.However,due to the pathology of“Thrombophilia” found in this kind of abortion at present,the tutor thinks that it belongs to the bleeding disease of “blood stasis occupying the blood room”,which belongs to “blood stasis is not clear,new blood can not return to the meridians”,The method of “universal for Tongyin” is adopted to improve it on the basis of Shoufetal pill,Taishan Panshi powder glue,Taiyuanyin,Yupingfeng powder,combined with aspirin,low molecular heparin,etc.improve the microcirculation and immune status,improve the probability of pregnancy,achieved good results.
