摘要:
目的:探讨皮内针联合补中益气汤治疗乳腺癌根治术后癌因性疲乏的疗效。方法:选取151例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(n=76)和对照组(n=75),对照组采用补中益气汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合皮内针治疗。观察两组治疗疗效,并比较两组治疗前后简明疲乏量表(BFI)评分、中医证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分及T淋巴细胞亚群。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗两组患者BFI评分、中医证候积分、PSQI评分及CD8+T淋巴细胞水平均降低,而CD3+、CD4+、NK细胞水平均升高,观察组疲乏程度、过去24 h疲乏程度、最疲乏程度、情绪、正常工作评分、中医证候积分、PSQI评分及CD8+降低程度高于对照组,CD3+、CD4+、NK细胞升高程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮内针联合补中益气汤治疗乳腺癌根治术后癌因性疲乏疗效显著,可缓解患者疲乏症状,改善患者睡眠质量及免疫功能。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of intradermal needle combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue after radical mastectomy.Methods:A total of 151 breast cancer patients admitted were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into observation group(n=76)and control group(n=75)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction.The observation group was treated with intradermal needle on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed,and the brief fatigue inventory(BFI)scores,TCM syndrome scores,pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores and T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BFI score,TCM syndrome score,PSQI score and CD8+T lymphocyte level of the two groups were decreased,while the levels of CD3+,CD4+,NK cells were increased.The fatigue degree,fatigue degree in the past 24 hours,fatigue degree,fatigue degree,mood,normal work score,TCM syndrome score,PSQI score and CD8+ reduction degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the increase of CD3+,CD4+,NK cells in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intradermal needle combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction is effective in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue after radical mastectomy,which can alleviate the symptoms of fatigue and improve the sleep quality,immune function of patients.
