摘要:
目的:探讨灯盏细辛对缺血性脑卒中(IS)患者血清溶血磷脂酸(LPA)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP-1)水平的影响。方法:纳入280例IS患者为受试对象,随机分成研究组和对照组各140例。对照组予以常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合使用灯盏细辛。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗2周后中医症状积分(肢体麻木、头晕目眩、心烦易怒)、血管内皮细胞损伤标志物(LPA、Hcy、MCP-1)、血液流变学指标[全血高切黏度(HSV)、全血低切黏度(LSV)、血浆黏度(PSV)、红细胞压积(HCT)]、血清指标[缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、胱天蛋白酶(Caspase-3)、血尿酸(UA)]水平变化。结果:治疗2周后,两组患者头晕目眩、肢体麻木及心烦易怒各项中医症状积分、Hcy、MCP-1、HSV、LSV、PSV、HCT、HIF-1α、Caspase-3、UA水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 两组LPA水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:灯盏细辛应用于IS患者,可有效改善其疾病症状,优化患者体内血管内皮细胞损伤标志物、血液流变学及血清水平。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of Erigeron breviscapus on levels of serum lysophosphatidic acid(LPA),homocysteine(Hcy)and monocyte chemoattractant protein(MCP-1)in patients with ischemic stroke(IS).Methods:280 patients with IS were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 140 cases in each group.Control group was given routine treatment,and study group was combined with Erigeron breviscapus on the basis of control group.Before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptoms scores(limb numbness,dizziness,restlessness and irritability),markers of vascular endothelial cell injury(LPA,Hcy,MCP-1),hemorheology indexes [whole blood high-shear viscosity(HSV),whole blood low-shear viscosity(LSV),plasma viscosity(PSV),hematocrit(HCT)] and levels of serum indicators [hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),Caspase-3,blood uric acid(UA)] were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of dizziness,limb numbness and restlessness and irritability and levels of Hcy,MCP-1,HSV,LSV,PSV,HCT,HIF-1α,Caspase-3 and UA in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The LPA level in the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the level in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Erigeron breviscapus for patients with IS can effectively improve the disease symptoms and optimize the markers of vascular endothelial cell injury,hemorrheology and serum levels in patients.
