摘要:
目的:研究养心通脉汤对于心绞痛患者临床疗效、炎性反应指标、血栓素、血管内皮指标等表达水平的影响。方法:选取116例心绞痛患者作为观察对象,入选患者赋予随机数字后均分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组疗法的基础上予以自拟养心通脉汤治疗; 治疗3个月后,统计两组临床疗效,观察两组心绞痛发作情况,血清炎性反应指标:肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP); 血清血栓素B2(TXB2); 血管内皮功能指标:一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、(VEGF)的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率(91.38%)高于对照组(72.41%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05); 治疗前两组患者心绞痛发作频率与每次发作持续时间,血清TXB2、VEGF、NO、ET-1与TNF-α、hs-CRP表达均未见统计学差异(P>0.05); 首疗程后,两组患者心绞痛发作频率与每次发作持续时间,血清TXB2、VEGF、NO、ET-1与TNF-α、hs-CRP表达均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养心通脉汤能够提高心绞痛患者的临床疗效,减轻患者炎性反应程度、降低血栓素水平、改善血管内皮功能。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect of Yangxin Tongmai decoction on the curative effect,as well as the expression levels of inflammatory response indicators,thromboxane and vascular endothelial indicators in patients with angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 116 patients with angina pectoris were selected as the objects of study.The selected patients were assigned random numbers and divided into the control group and the treatment group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and those in the treatment group were treated with Yangxin Tongmai decoction on the basis of treatment in the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was counted.At this time,the condition of angina pectoris attack,as well as the changes of serum inflammatory response indicators,thromboxane and vascular endothelial function indicators were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group(91.38%)was higher than that of the control group(72.41%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attack between the two groups(P>0.05).After the first course of treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris attack,the duration of each attack,as well as serum TXB2,VEGF,NO,ET-1,TNF-α and hs-CRP levels were improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and all indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxin Tongmai decoction can improve the curative effect of patients with angina pectoris,reduce the degree of inflammatory response,reduce the level of thromboxane,and improve vascular endothelial function.
