摘要:
周学林教授,第六批全国名老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,对糖尿病周围神经病变的辨证论治具有独到见解。笔者通过整理周教授医案,发现糖尿病周围病变以阳虚寒凝型者多见。周教授认为该病证系因糖尿病日久耗伤气阴、阴阳气血亏虚、血行瘀滞、脉络痹阻所致,属本虚标实证,病位在肌肤、筋肉、脉络以及肝肾脾等脏腑,以气血阴阳亏虚为本,痰瘀阻络为标,治之宜补虚泻实、化瘀通络,在“以通为补”“以通为助”的治疗原则上拟定“温经通络饮”,临床用之,疗效甚佳。
Abstract:
Prof.ZHOU Xuelin,is an instructor for the inheritance of the expert and academic experience of the 6 th groups of senior well-known practitioners of TCM in China,with unique insights in the syndrome differentiation - based treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).By summarizing Prof.ZHOU's medical records,the author noticed that more cases of DPN were of Yang deficiency and coagulated cold.According to Prof.ZHOU,the disease was caused by the loss of Qi(vital energy)and Yin,depletion of Qi and blood,stasis of blood flow,and blockage of arteries and veins after long-time diabetes,deficiency in the origin and excess in superficiality; its location was in the skin,muscles,arteries and veins,the liver,the kidneys,the spleen and other internal organs.Based on the depletion of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,and the symptom of phlegm stasis in channels,the treatment should supply deficiency and expel excess,resolving stasis and dredging collaterals.Following the therapeutic principle of “supplemented and supported by dredging”,the formulated “channel-warming and collateral-dredging decoction” could achieve good effect in clinical practice.
