摘要:
目的:研究加味双柏散外敷联合耳穴压豆对肝癌介入治疗疼痛患者疼痛评分及生活质量的影响。方法:将行介入治疗的70例原发性肝癌患者分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗。研究组在对照组基础上给予加味双柏散外敷联合耳穴压豆。比较两组疗效、干预前及干预7 d后疼痛评分、中医症状积分、致痛因子、生活质量评分。结果:干预7 d后,研究组有效缓解率94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者疼痛评分、胁痛及情志抑郁中医症状积分、致痛因子PGE2及5-HT明显低于干预前及同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组痞块、臌胀中医症状积分与干预前比较,以及组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者生活质量评分水平高于干预前及同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味双柏散外敷联合耳穴压豆能够有效缓解肝癌介入治疗疼痛患者的疼痛程度,改善症状及血液流变学,提升患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the effects of external application of Jiawei Shuangbai powder auricular acupoint combined with pressing with beans on pain score and quality of life in patients with liver cancer pain undergoing interventional therapy.Methods:70 patients with primary liver cancer undergoing interventional treatment were divided into two groups.The study group were given external application of Jiawei Shuangbai powder auricular acupoint combined with pressing with beans,and the control group given routine nursing.The efficacy of pain relief,and pain score,TCM symptoms scores,pain factors and quality of life before intervention and after 7 d of intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After 7 d of intervention,the effective relief rate in the study group 94.29% was significantly higher than that in the control group 77.14(P<0.05).The pain score,scores of TCM symptoms of hypochondriac pain and emotional depression and pain factors of PGE2 and 5-HT in the study group were significantly lower than those before intervention and in the control group during the dame time period,differences statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of TCM symptoms of lumps in the abdomen and tympanites in the two groups compared with those before intervention,and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The quality of life score in the study group was significantly higher than that before intervention and in the control group during the same time period,differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Jiawei Shuangbai powder auricular acupoint combined with pressing with beans can effectively alleviate the pain,improve symptoms and hemorheology,and enhance the quality of life of patients with liver cancer pain undergoing interventional therapy.
