摘要:
目的:探究芪参益气滴丸治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭患者的效果,并观察其对心肌保护、炎症状态的影响。方法:选取慢性心力衰竭患者300例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=150)和观察组(n=150)。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加服芪参益气滴丸,连续治疗4周。比较两组患者的中医症候积分、心肌功能(NT-proBNP)、炎症因子(hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6),评价安全性和有效性。结果:观察组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗后,观察组的中医证候积分下降程度较对照组更为明显(P<0.05); 与对照组进行组间比较,观察组的心肌功能指标改善更为明显(P<0.05); 观察组的血清炎症因子水平降低更为明显(P<0.05); 治疗过程中,两组患者治疗后的肝肾功能等生化指标均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:芪参益气滴丸更利于缓解气虚血瘀证慢性心力衰竭的临床症状,提高心功能,保护心肌,抑制炎性因子表达,减轻机体炎症状态,安全性好。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Qishen Yiqi dropping pill on patients with chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and to observe its effects on myocardial protection,inflammatory state,and serum cell adhesion molecule level.Methods:A total of 300 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group(n=150)and observation group(n=150)according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on the basis of the control group,and the treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,myocardial function(NT-proBNP),serum inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6)were compared between the two groups,and the safety and effectiveness were evaluated.Results:The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 91.30%(126/138)and 80.00%(112/140)respectively,with better efficacy in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the decrease degree of TCM syndrome score in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the myocardial function indicators LAESD,LVEDD,NT-proBNP decreased more significantly,and the LVEF increased more significantly(P<0.05); The serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,in the observation group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant change in biochemical indexes such as liver and kidney function after treatment in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qishen Yiqi dropping pill is more beneficial to relieve the clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,improve cardiac function,protect myocardium,inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors and reduce the body's inflammatory state,which has good safety,which is worthy of promotion.
