摘要:
目的:探索补气健脾方对慢性心力衰竭患者B型钠尿肽(BNP)和心室内径的影响。方法:选择78例慢性心力衰竭患者,将患者按照随机数表法分成观察组和对照组,每组患者均为39例。对照组应用常规抗心衰西药疗法,而观察组在对照组的基础上应用补气健脾方。对比两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、心室内径、血清BNP及不良反应等指标。结果:治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分明显降低,且观察组患者积分降低程度更高(P<0.05); 观察组治疗有效率为89.74%,明显高于对照组的69.23%(χ2=5.032,P<0.05); 两组患者心室内径数值明显降低,且观察组患者降低程度更高(P<0.05); 两组患者血清BNP水平均明显降低,且观察组患者降低程度更高(P<0.05); 治疗期间,两组患者不良反应事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补气健脾方应用于慢性心力衰竭患者可有效提高临床疗效,降低血清BNP和心室内径水平,安全有效。值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Buqi Jianpi formula in the treatment of chronic heart failure and its effect on BNP and ventricular diameter.Methods:78 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as the subject.They were divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the random number method,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional anti-heart failure medicine therapy,while the experimental group was treated with Buqi Jianpi formula on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,ventricular diameter,serum BNP and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups decreased significantly,and the scores of patients in the experimental group decreased more than those in the experimental group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experiment group was 89.74%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(69.23%)(χ2=5.032,P<0.05); The value of ventricular diameter decreased significantly in both groups,and the decrease was higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of serum BNP in the two groups decreased significantly,and the decrease in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Buqi Jianpi formula in patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the level of serum BNP and ventricular diameter,it is safe and effective.
