摘要:
目的:通过胃镜下观察,探讨消化性溃疡胃镜下局部表现与传统中医辨证的相互关系。方法:确诊163例消化性溃疡患者,根据传统中医辨证为肝胃不和、脾胃虚弱(寒)、脾胃湿热、胃阴不足、胃络瘀阻型,通过电子胃镜下观察胃黏膜改变、溃疡苔颜色、胃壁蠕动等镜下局部表现分析与中医传统辨证的关系。结果:不同证型胃镜下局部胃黏膜改变、溃疡苔颜色、胃壁蠕动对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消化性溃疡胃镜下局部表现征象与传统中医辨证分型具有相关性,临床上可作为中医四诊中望诊的补充扩展,提高对消化性溃疡中医辨证的准确性,从而提高疗效。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the relationship between local expression of peptic ulcer under electronic gastroscope and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome by gastroscopy.Methods:163 cases of peptic ulcer were diagnosed,according to the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical relationship of liver and stomach disharmony,spleen and stomach weakness(cold),spleen and stomach deficiency,stomach collaterals stasis type,through electronic gastroscope observation of gastric mucosal changes,ulcer fur color,gastric wall peristalsis and other endoscopic local performance analysis and traditional Chinese medicine dialectical relationship.Results:The changes of local gastric mucosa,the color of ulcer fur and the peristalsis of gastric wall under different types of gastroscope were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The local expression of peptic ulcer under gastroscopy is related to the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,and can be used as a supplementary extension of the four diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to improve the accuracy of TCM dialectical of peptic ulcer,so as to improve the curative effect.
