摘要:
目的:研究芪归益气活血汤治疗慢性肾衰竭气虚血瘀证的效果及对患者肾血流的影响。方法:选取CRF患者90例,随机分为常规组和研究组,各45例。常规组进行西医对症治疗,研究组在常规组基础上服用芪归益气活血汤。对常规组和研究组的临床控制率和治疗前后的免疫功能、血液流变学、肾功能和肾血流指标进行比较。结果:研究组的CRF临床控制率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的CD4+、CD8+、NK细胞、红细胞聚集指数、高切全血黏度、Fib、Scr、Ccr、NAG、AT、PI和AUC水平均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:芪归益气活血汤用于CRF气虚血瘀证患者的治疗中,疗效确切,能够有效改善患者的免疫功能、血液流变学指标、肾功能以及肾血流。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect of Qigui Yiqi Huoxue decoction in treating chronic renal failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and its influence on patients' renal blood flow.Methods:Ninety patients with CRF were selected and randomly divided into routine group and study group,with 45 cases in each group.The routine group received western medicine symptomatic treatment,and the research group took Qigui Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the routine group.The clinical control rate,immune function,hemorheology,renal function and renal blood flow indexes before and after treatment of the routine group and the study group were compared.Results:The clinical control rate of CRF in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group's CD4+,CD8+,NK cells,red blood cell aggregation index,high-cut whole blood viscosity,Fib,Scr,Ccr,NAG,AT,PI and AUC levels were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qigui Yiqi Huoxue decoction has definite curative effect in the treatment of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in CRF.It can effectively improve the patient's immune function,blood rheology indexes,renal function and renal blood flow.
