摘要:
目的:探讨百令胶囊对慢性肾脏病3、4期患者营养不良状况及肾功能的影响。方法:选取慢性肾脏病3、4期患者150例,随机分为对照组和观察组(随机数字表法),每组75例。对照组采用常规及对症治疗,观察组采用百令胶囊治疗。通过主观全面评分表(SGA)观察比较两组患者营养状况; 观察比较两组患者体重指数(BMI)、三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、上臂围(AC)、上臂肌围(AMC)等人体测量指标; 观察比较两组患者尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、总胆固醇(TC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等血液生化指标; 比较两组临床疗效。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗后SGA评分A级患者更多,评分B级患者更少,患者BUN、Scr、CRP水平均更低,临床治疗总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊治疗慢性肾脏病3、4期患者可使患者营养状况更均衡,改善患者肾功能,治疗效果较好。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule on malnutrition and renal function in patients with chronic kidney disease in stage 3 and 4.Methods:A total of 150 patients with stage 3 and 4 chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into control group(n=75)and observation group(n=75).The control group was treated with routine treatment and symptomatic drug treatment,while the observation group was given oral Bailing capsule on the basis of routine treatment in the control group.The nutritional status of the patients in the two groups was observed and compared by Subjective Global Assessment(SGA).The anthropometric indexes such as body mass index(BMI),skin-fold thickness(TSF),upper arm circumference(AC)and upper arm muscle circumference(AMC)were observed and compared between the two groups.The blood biochemical indexes such as blood urinary nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),total cholesterol(TC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were observed and compared between the two groups.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,there were more patients with SGA grade A and fewer patients with grade B score after treatment in the observation group.The levels of BUN,Scr and CRP were lower,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment was higher in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion:Bailing capsule can improve the nutritional status and renal function of patients with chronic kidney disease in stage 3 and 4.
