摘要:
目的:观察基于“从肝论治”法使用中药四桑饮治疗血脂异常痰瘀阻遏证的临床疗效。方法:将72例血脂异常痰瘀阻遏证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予口服中药四桑饮颗粒治疗,对照组患者给予辛伐他汀片10 mg口服,每日1次治疗; 两组疗程均为12周,观察治疗前后的中医证候积分变化、血脂水平及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组总有效率91.00%,对照组的80.00%; 治疗后,两组患者证候积分变化、LDL-C、TC、TG均低于治疗前,HDL-C水平高于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为2.8%,对照组不良反应观察率为8.3%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于“从肝论治”法,运用全国名中医杨震经验方四桑饮治疗血脂异常痰瘀阻遏证临床疗效较好,可有效改善患者血脂水平,提高临床疗效,且安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating dyslipidemia of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome with Sisang decoction based on the “treatment from liver theory”.Methods:Seventy-two patients with dyslipidemia of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group was treated with Sisang decoction granules,the control group was given simvastatin tablet 10mg orally,once a day; The course of treatment in both groups was 12 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome integral,blood lipid level and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 91.00% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group; after treatment,the changes of syndrome score,LDL-C,TC,TG level in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,HDL-C levels were higher than before treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.8% in the treatment group and 8.3% in the control group.The difference between the two was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the “treatment from the liver” method,the application of the famous Chinese medicine YANG Zhen experience in the treatment of dyslipidemia with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome has a good clinical effect,which can effectively improve the level of blood lipids in patients,improve the clinical efficacy,and has a high safety.
