摘要:
目的:探究扶正祛邪汤对肝癌模型大鼠肠道菌群微生态环境的改善作用。方法:选择96只SD健康雄性大鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组、给药组各32只,模型组和给药组构建肝癌模型建模成功后给药组大鼠采用350 mg/kg的扶正祛邪汤灌胃,模型组、正常组采用同剂量生理盐水灌胃。检测三组大鼠肠道菌群微生态环境,检测三组大鼠甲胎蛋白(AFP)、肿瘤标志物(CA19-9)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT),并检测大鼠TLR4/NF-κB信号通路表达量。结果:与正常组相比,模型组、给药组变形菌门、厚壁菌门、拟杆菌门、放线菌门、CA19-9、AFP、ALT、TLR4/NF-κB信号通路水平均高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05); 与模型组相比,正常组、给药组变形菌门、厚壁菌门、拟杆菌门、放线菌门、CA19-9、AFP、ALT、TLR4/NF-κB信号通路水平均低于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05); 与给药组相比,正常组变形菌门、厚壁菌门、拟杆菌门、放线菌门、CA19-9、AFP、ALT、TLR4/NF-κB信号通路水平均低于模型组,且模型组变形菌门、厚壁菌门、拟杆菌门、放线菌门、CA19-9、AFP、ALT、TLR4/NF-κB信号通路水平均高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:扶正祛邪汤可能经TLR4/NF-κB信号通路修复肝癌,改善大鼠肠道菌群微生态环境,发挥其肝功能保护作用。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of Fuzheng Quxie decoction on the microecological environment of intestinal flora in rats with liver cancer model.Methods:96 SD healthy male rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group and drug administration group.After modeling the liver cancer model successfully,350 mg/kg Fuzheng Quxie decoction was used in the model group and normal group.The microecological environment of intestinal flora in three groups of rats was detected,the alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),tumor marker(CA19-9)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)were detected in three groups of rats,and the expression of TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway in rats was detected.Results:Compared with the normal group,the levels of proteus,firmicum,bacteroides,actinomycetes,CA19-9,AFP,ALT,TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway in the model group and the administration group were higher than those in the normal group(all P<0.05); compared with the model group,the levels of proteus,firmicum,bacteroides,actinomycetes,CA19-9,AFP,ALT,TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway in the model group and the administration group were higher than those in the normal group(all P<0.05).Compared with the administration group,the levels of proteus,firmicum,bacteroides,actinomycetes,CA19-9,AFP,ALT,TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway levels in the normal group were lower than those in the model group,and proteus,firmicum,bacteroides,actinomycetes,CA19-9,AFP,ALT,TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway in the model group were lower than those in the model group.The average level of road water was higher than that of the normal group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Quxie decoction may repair liver cancer through TLR4/NF-κB signal pathway,improve the microecological environment of intestinal flora in rats,and play a protective role of liver function.
