摘要:
目的:探讨透脓饮联合象皮生肌膏外涂治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取75例慢性皮肤溃疡患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(38例)与对照组(37例),对照组采取象皮生肌膏治疗,观察组采取透脓饮联合象皮生肌膏治疗。观察比较两组患者临床疗效、愈合指标、细胞因子及不良反应。结果:研究组总有效率94.74%高于对照组70.27%(P<0.05)。研究组创面愈合时间、肉芽组织生长时间及腐肉去除时间低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VEGF、TNF-α及IL-6优于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组不良反应与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:透脓饮联合象皮生肌膏外涂治疗慢性皮肤溃疡能减少创面愈合时间,改善细胞因子水平,促进创面愈合,安全性较好,临床疗效较佳。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Tounongyin decoction combined with Xiangpi Shengji ointment in the treatment of chronic skin ulcers.Methods:75 patients with chronic skin ulcer were selected and randomly divide into study group(38 cases)and control group(37 cases).The control group was treated with Xiangpi Shengji ointment,and the observation group was treated with Tounongyin decoction combined with Xiangpi Shengji ointment.Clinical efficacy,healing indicators,cytokines and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group 94.74% was higher than that of the control group 70.27%(P<0.05).The wound healing time,the granulation tissue growth time and the carrion removal time in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,VEGF,TNF-α and IL-6 in the two groups were better than before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tounongyin decoction combined with Xiangpi Shengji ointment for chronic skin ulcers can reduce wound healing time,improve cytokine levels,and promote wound healing with better safety and clinical efficacy.
