摘要:
目的:基于中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)统计分析中医药治疗桥本甲状腺炎(HT)的组方用药规律。方法:检索从建库至2019年12月1日中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献服务系统及维普网收录的中医药治疗HT的文献,运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)进行药物的频次、关联规则及熵层次聚类分析。结果:270篇文献中,共涉及171篇中药处方,177味中药,用药频次前五位分别为夏枯草、黄芪、柴胡、浙贝母、茯苓,使用频度超过40次的药对共20组,核心组合共14组,新方组合共7组。结论:HT的中医药治疗思路为扶正补虚以治本,理气、化痰、活血以治标,疏肝、健脾、补肾以防变,标本兼顾。
Abstract:
Objective:Based on TCM inheritance system statistical analysis of the prescriptions rules of hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT)with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From the establishment of the database to December 1,2019,studies on HT by traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang data knowledge service platform,Sino Med and VIP.TCM inheritance assistant system was used to analyze drug frequency,association rules and entropy hierarchical clustering.Results:Among the 270 literatures,171 prescriptions and 177 traditional Chinsese medicine were involved,and the top five herbs were prunella vulgaris,astragalus,bupleurum root,fritillary bulb and poria.The herb pairs with a frequency of more than 40 times were used in 20 groups,14 in the core group and 7 in the new prescription combination.Conclusion:The thoughts of treating HT with TCM include Fuzheng Buxu,Liqi,Huatan,Huoxue,Shugan,Jianpi,Bushen Fangbian,specimen and the specimenwere both thought.
