摘要:
目的:探讨养胃增液汤联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗小儿厌食症的效果及对患儿症状、生长抑素的影响。方法:选取108例厌食症患儿,经随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组,各54例。对照组使用枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗,治疗组使用养胃增液汤联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状积分、胃动素、胃泌素、生长抑素、微量元素、复发率。结果:治疗组临床治疗总有效率96.30%高于对照组85.19%(P<0.05); 治疗组治疗后食量、食欲、面色、腹胀等中医症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗组治疗后胃动素、胃泌素水平均高于对照组,生长抑素水平低于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗组治疗后血清Ca2+、Zn2+水平高于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗后3个月,治疗组复发率3.85%低于对照组17.39%(P<0.05)。结论:养胃增液汤联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒能提升厌食症患儿的临床治疗效果,缓解临床症状,改善胃肠动力及生长抑素,促进血清微量元素恢复,减少复发。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Yangwei Zengye decoction combined with Medilac-Vita on infantile anorexia and its influences on symptoms improvement and somatostatin.Methods: A total of 108 anorexia children were enrolled and divided into treatment group(54 cases)and control group(54 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Medilac-Vita,while treatment group was treated with Yangwei Zengye decoction combined with Medilac-Vita.The clinical curative effect,scores of TCM symptoms,motilin,gastrin,somatostatin,trace elements and recurrence rate before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The total response rate of clinical treatment was higher in treatment group than control group(96.30% vs 85.19%)(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of TCM symptoms such as food intake,appetite,complexion and abdominal distension were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05),levels of motilin and gastrin were higher in treatment group,somatostatin level was lower in treatment group(P<0.05),and levels of serum Ca2+ and Zn2+ were higher in treatment group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,recurrence rate was lower in treatment group than control group(3.85% vs 17.39%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangwei Zengye decoction combined with Medilac-Vita can improve the clinical curative effect on anorexia children,relieve clinical symptoms,improve gastrointestinal motility and somatostatin,promote the recovery of serum trace elements,and reduce recurrence.
