摘要:
早发性卵巢功能不全是指生育年龄在妇女40岁之前的非生理性闭经,是妇科临床常见的内分泌疾病。由于临床多病因、多表现性,其诊断及治疗成为近年临床研究的热点和难点。李伟莉教授运用中西医结合治疗本病,取得并积累了大量的临床经验。她指出其病因病机主要是肾虚精亏、肝郁肾虚、心肾不交导致冲任失调,卵巢功能低下,引发月经失调。李师认为临床治疗上应灵活掌握“养”“疏”“通”的治疗原则,治疗中立方遣药,灵活配伍,调理冲任,调理卵巢功能,恢复月经周期的节律性。
Abstract:
Premature ovarian insufficiency refers to the non physiological amenorrhea of women of childbearing age before the age of 40.It is a common endocrine disease in gynecology.Due to its multiple etiology and multiple manifestations,its diagnosis and treatment has become a hot and difficult point in clinical research in recent years.Professor LI Weili has gained and accumulated a lot of clinical experience in treating this disease with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.She pointed out that the etiology and pathogenesis are mainly kidney deficiency and essence deficiency,liver depression and kidney deficiency,heart and kidney disharmony,resulting in Chong Ren imbalance,low ovarian function and menstrual disorder.LI Shi thinks that the clinical treatment should be flexible to master the treatment principles of “nourishing”“dispersing” and “unblocking”.In the treatment,the prescription should be arranged flexibly,the Chong Ren should be adjusted,the ovarian function should be adjusted,and the rhythm of menstrual cycle should be restored.
