摘要:
本文基于消渴痹证患者的临床特点,结合导师临床经验,认为湿瘀贯穿于消渴痹证始终。从内外湿邪交互影响、瘀血阻滞经脉两方面,分析湿瘀致病的特点及表现,指出湿与瘀均是消渴病的致病因素,由此进一步探讨消渴痹证的发生发展,总结出湿瘀互结的病机变化,湿瘀既是消渴痹证的病理因素,又是病理产物,湿与瘀相互搏结形成消渴痹证。故临床治疗中应兼顾湿瘀两方面因素,以散寒除湿、化瘀通络,清热利湿、化瘀通络为治法,将祛湿和活血化瘀相结合,湿瘀并治,为中医药临床治疗消渴痹证提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
Based on the clinical characteristics of the patients with diabetes arthralgia syndrome,combined with my tutor's clinical experience,dampness and blood stasis run through the whole process of diabetes arthralgia syndrome.First of all,Ⅰ start with the interaction between internal and external dampness and the blockage of meridians by blood stasis.From then on,the characteristics and manifestations of the disease caused by dampness and blood stasis are analyzed.It is pointed out that dampness and blood stasis are the pathogenic factors of diabetes.Thus,the occurrence and development of diabetes arthralgia syndrome are further discussed.Generally speaking,the pathogenesis is the mutual knot of dampness and blood stasis.Dampness and blood stasis are both pathological factors and pathological products of diabetes arthralgia syndrome,which is formed by the interaction of dampness and blood stasis.Therefore,both dampness and blood stasis should be considered in clinical treatment,including dispersing cold and removing dampness,removing blood stasis and unblocking collaterals,clearing heat and removing dampness,removing blood stasis and unblocking collaterals.Combining clearing dampness with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment o diabetes arthralgia syndrome.
