摘要:
目的:探究温肾强骨方对肿瘤中后期并发骨质疏松症患者骨密度、骨形成及骨吸收的影响。方法:按照患者用药意向将154例肿瘤中后期并发骨质疏松症患者分为对照组、治疗组。对照组75例给予西医治疗; 治疗组79例,在对照组基础上给予温肾强骨方治疗。比较两组患者骨形成相关指标、临床疗效、骨吸收指标、骨密度情况、中医症状评分、血清生化指标。结果:治疗组患者总有效率93.67%高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者中医症状评分、骨密度、骨形成相关指标、骨吸收指标比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后,两组以上指标均较治疗前改善,且治疗组较对照组改善更为显著,组间比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:温肾强骨方对肿瘤中后期并发骨质疏松症患者具有较好的治疗效果,且该方通过改善患者骨密度、骨形成及骨吸收相关指标能够缓解临床症状。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of Wenshen Qianggu recipe on bone mineral density,bone formation and bone resorption in patients with osteoporosis complicated in the middle and late stage of tumor.Methods:According to the intention of drug using,154 patients with osteoporosis complicated in the middle and late stage of tumor were divided into control group and observation group.75 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine,and 79 cases in the treatment group were treated with Wenshen Qianggu prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The bone formation index,clinical effect,bone resorption index,bone density,TCM symptom score and serum biochemical index were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group 93.67% was higher than that of the control group 80.00%(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score,bone density,bone formation and bone resorptionbetween the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in the treatment group was more significant than those in the control group,the difference between groups statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenshen Qianggu recipe has good therapeutic effect on patients with osteoporosis complicated in the middle and late stage of tumor,and can relieve clinical symptoms by improving the related indexes of bone mineral density,bone formation and bone resorption.
