摘要:
目的:探讨柴胡疏肝散加减对乳腺增生患者局部症状及血清性激素水平的影响。方法:选取82例乳腺增生患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗。观察治疗前后两组临床症状、血清性激素水平以及乳腺超声指标的变化情况,并统计两组临床总有效率及停药3个月后临床复发率和治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为95.12%,显著高于对照组的总有效率78.04%(P<0.05); 两组治疗后乳腺疼痛、乳腺肿块、乳头溢液及全身伴随症状积分,乳腺腺体厚度和乳腺导管最粗管径,血清雌二醇、催乳素水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组各临床症状积分、乳腺超声指标及性激素指标中雌二醇和催乳素水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05); 两组治疗后性激素指标中的孕酮水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组孕酮水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。停药3个月后,观察组复发率为6.67%,明显低于对照组复发率36.36%(P<0.05); 观察组的不良反应发生率为9.76%,明显低于对照组的不良反应发生率34.15%(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散加减能够调节患者内分泌激素紊乱状态,缩小肿块,改善局部症状,减少临床复发,安全性高,疗效确切。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Chaihu Shugan powder on local symptoms and serum sex hormone levels in patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:82 cases of breast hyperplasia were randomly divided into observation group(41 cases)and control group(41 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Chaihu Shugan powder.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,breast ultrasound indexes and serum sex hormone levels before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.12% in the observation group,which was 78.04% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of breast pain,breast mass,nipple discharge and systemic symptoms,the thickness of breast gland and the thickest diameter of breast duct,the serum estradiol and prolactin level were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the degree of decrease in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).The levels of progesterone were significantly increased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the increased degree of observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).3 months after drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than control group 36.36%(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.76%,which was significantly lower than control group 34.15%(P<0.05).Conclusion: Chaihu Shugan powder can regulate the endocrine hormone disorder,reduce the mass,and improve the local symptoms of patients,reduce clinical recurrence,with high safety and definite curative effect.
