摘要:
非自杀性自伤(NSSI)在青少年中广泛存在,已成为重要的精神卫生问题,基于中医脏腑理论,探讨脾之功能与非自杀性自伤的相关性,认为脾虚是非自杀性自伤的基本病机,随着病程发展可累及营血,亦可伴见阴火上冲,在治疗上分标本两端而治,以补益脾气为本,兼顾营血,标者在补脾胃的基础上以降泄阴火,期望为该病的中医诊疗提供思路及理论依据。
Abstract:
Non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)is widespread in adolescents and has become an significant mental health issues.Based on theory of viscera in traditional Chinese medicine,it is considered that there is correlation between the function of spleen and non suicidal self injury,and holds that spleen deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of non-suicidal self-injury.With the development of the course of disease,it can involve blood,and can also be accompanied by Yin fire.As for the treatment,it should be distinguish primary aspect from secondary aspect.By focusing on invigorating the spleen Qi,taking into account the blood in primary aspect,reducing the Yin fire on the basis of invigorating the spleen Qi,that principles of treatment is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
