摘要:
周永明名中医擅长运用中医药治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)等疑难血液病,对ITP的病因病机及辨治用药均有独到见解,造诣颇深,根据气火失调、脏腑相关理论,并结合数十年丰富的临床观察和经验总结,将ITP病机特点概括为脾肾亏虚、火盛血瘀,以“脾肾亏虚”为致病之本,以“火盛血瘀”为致病之标,以“虚”“火”“瘀”为主要病理因素; 脾肾两脏相互影响,脾虚不能充养肾精则进一步加重肾虚,而肾虚日久累及脾脏,可致脾虚失运而引起失血或血亏。周老师治疗上采用健脾补肾以治本、泻火祛瘀以治标之法,熟谙分型施治、分期论治、辨病用药,辨证切中病机,施治掌握标本,方药多寡适宜,扶正祛邪兼顾,并且善于结合、借鉴现代药理学的中药研究成果酌情配伍,临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Professor ZHOU Yongming is good at using traditional Chinese medicine to treat difficult blood diseases such as primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP).He has unique insights into the etiology and pathogenesis of ITP,as well as the differentiation and treatment of drugs.He has deep attainments.According to the related theories of Qi-fire disorders and internal organs,combined with decades of rich clinical observations and experience summaries,the pathogenesis of ITP is summarized as spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis due to fire,with “spleen and kidney deficiency” as the root cause of the disease,and “fire and blood stasis” as the root cause.As the indicator of disease,“deficiency”“fire” and “stasis” are the main pathological factors.In treatment,Professor ZHOU adopts the methods of strengthening the spleen and kidney to cure the root cause,purging fire and removing blood stasis to cure the symptoms,and is familiar with typed treatment,staged treatment,disease differentiation and medication,syndrome differentiation and pathogenesis,treatment to grasp the symptoms,the number of prescriptions and medicines are appropriate,and the body is strengthened and eliminated,the clinical effect is remarkable.
