摘要:
目的:观察小续命汤加减联合醒脑平衡法针刺对脑卒中恢复期患者的临床疗效。方法:选取186例脑卒中恢复期患者按照随机数字表法分为中药组和针药组。中药组予小续命汤中药汤剂治疗,针药组在中药组基础上加用醒脑平衡法针刺治疗。两组疗程均为3周。观察并记录两组患者治疗前后卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Fugl-Meyer评分及神经功能指标脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、神经营养因子(NGF)水平、中医症候积分及临床疗效。结果:与中药组比较,针药组NIHSS评分、中医症候积分,NSE水平均较低(P<0.05)。与中药组比较,针药组Fugl-Meyer评分,BDNF、NGF水平,治疗总有效率均较高(P<0.05)。结论:在小续命汤基础上加用脑平衡法针刺干预脑卒中恢复期可改善患者神经功能、运动功能及中医症候情况。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoxuming decoction combined with Xingnao balance acupuncture on stroke patients in convalescence.Methods:186 stroke patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group,93 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Xiaoxuming decoction,while the acupuncture medicine group was treated with Xingnao balance acupuncture on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine group.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The NIHSS score,Fugl Meyer score,brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),neuron specific enolase(NSE),neurotrophic factor(NGF),TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group,the NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score and NSE level of the acupuncture and medicine group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group,the Fugl meyer score,BDNF,NGF levels and the total effective rate of the acupuncture and medicine group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of Xiaoxuming decoction,acupuncture with brain balance method can improve the neurological function,motor function and TCM syndrome of stroke patients.
