摘要:
黄芪从古至今应用广泛,现代药理研究证明其主要有效组分黄芪多糖、黄芪总黄酮、黄芪甲苷等具有保护心血管、调节免疫、抗肿瘤、抗氧化应激、改善代谢等作用。疾病的发生多与免疫系统相关,而作为补气中药,黄芪对免疫系统有更大贡献。不仅单用有效,与西药及现代医学技术联用更能呈现出提高机体抗病原体能力。如抗肿瘤的免疫疗法及维持机体免疫平衡环境免受外界刺激带来的损害,这正体现了中医“扶正”的理念。在临床应用上,黄芪注射液的开发为更多疾病的治疗提供可能性。另有学者已开展了黄芪纳米粒干预脓毒症小鼠的基础研究。这暗示中药潜在的临床价值建立在改进治疗手段和开发新型制剂上。现对近几年黄芪及其组分的药理作用和临床应用现状进行总结,以期为黄芪临床应用开发提供新的研究思路和科学依据。
Abstract:
Astragalus has been widely used since ancient times.Modern pharmacological studies have proved that its main components,Astragalus polysaccharides,total flavonoids of Astragalus,Astragaloside can protect the cardiovascular system,regulate immunity,fight tumors,resist oxidative stress,improve metabolism and so on.Dieases occurance has relationships with immune system closely.As Chinese medicine for invigorating Qi,Astragalus has a greater contribution to the immune system.Not only is it practical for single-use,but it also shows how it can improve the body's ability to resist pathogens when used in combination with western medicine and morden medical technology.Such as anti-tumor immunotherapy and maintaining the body's immune balance environment from damage caused by external stimuli embodies the concept of “strengthening the body” of Chinese medicine.In clinical application,the development of Astragalus injection has provided more possibilities for more diseases.Other scholars have carried out fundamental research on the intervention of Astragalus nanoparticles in mice with sepsis.This implies that the potential clinical needs of traditional Chinese medicine are based on improving treatment methods and developing new formulations.This article comprehensive summarizes the pharmacological effects and clinical application status of Astragalus and its effective components in recent years,hoping to provide new research ideas and a scientific basis for the clinical application and development of Astragalus.
