摘要:
目的:探讨桃红四物汤对全膝关节置换术后患者转化生长因子(TGF-β)信号通路及骨愈合的影响。方法:选择120例行全膝关节置换术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。对照组采用常规术后处理,观察组在对照组基础上加用桃红四物汤。比较两组膝关节活动度、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)、TGF-β、骨保护素(OPG)、全甲状腺旁腺素(iPTH)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及炎症因子水平。结果:观察组治疗后膝关节活动度、HSS评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后TGF-β、OPG、VEGF水平均高于对照组,iPTH水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后IL-6、IL-2、TNF-α、D-D水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤可调节全膝关节置换术后患者TGF-β信号通路,并降低炎症反应,加速骨愈合,改善膝关节功能。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of Taohong Siwu decoction on TGF-β signaling pathway and bone healing in patients with total knee arthroplasty.Methods:120 patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty were included in the study and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine postoperative treatment, and the observation group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The range of motion of the knee joint, the American hospital for special surgery knee score(HSS),TGF-β,Osteoprotegerin(OPG),parathyroid hormone(iPTH),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment, the range of motion and HSS score of knee joint in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TGF-β,OPG,VEGF in the observation groups were higher than those in the control group, and the level of iPTH lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,levels of IL-6, IL-2 and TNF-α and D-D in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu decoction can regulate TGF-β signaling pathway in patients after total knee arthroplasty, reduce inflammatory response, accelerate bone healing, and improve knee function.
