摘要:
目的:探讨排气汤对剖宫产孕妇术后胃肠道激素、血清泌乳素水平的影响。方法:选取行剖宫产术产妇110例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组55例和对照组55例。对照组采用常规支持对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用排气汤治疗,均持续治疗3 d。治疗后,比较两组术后胃肠道功能恢复时间、治疗前后中医证候积分变化和血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、血管活性相关肠肽(VIP)、血清泌乳素水平。记录两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组胃肠道功能恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组各项中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组血清GAS、MTL、泌乳素水平高于对照组,VIP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:排气汤可有效调节剖宫产孕妇术后胃肠道激素、血清泌乳素水平,促进胃肠道功能恢复,治疗安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of Paiqi decoction on levels of gastrointestinal hormones and serum prolactin in pregnant women after cesarean section.Methods:110 pregnant women after cesarean section were enrolled.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=55).The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,while the observation group additionally treated with Paiqi decoction.All patients were continuously treated for 3 days.After treatment,recovery time of postoperative gastrointestinal function,changes in scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,levels of serum gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and serum prolactin were compared between the two groups.The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment in both groups was recorded.Results:After treatment,recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,difference statistically significnat(all P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significnat(all P<0.05).The levels of serum GAS,MTL and prolactin were higher than those in the control group,and VIP level lower than that in the control group,difference statistically significnat(all P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Paiqi decoction can effectively regulate levels of gastrointestinal hormones and serum prolactin,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in pregnant women after cesarean section with better treatment safety.
