摘要:
50%左右的慢性心力衰竭患者为射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)。目前尚无西药被证实能改善HFpEF患者的病死率。通过查阅近年文献发现,联合中药治疗HFpEF较单纯西药治疗可更好地改善患者症状及相关检查指标,其机制可能为改善糖脂代谢,改善全身促炎状态及心肌重构,从而改善心脏功能。
Abstract:
50% patients with chronic heart failure present with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF).At present,no western medicine has been proved to improve the mortality in patients with HFpEF.Consulting the literature in recent years,it was found that the combined treatment of HFpEF with traditional Chinese medicine could improve the symptoms and related examination indicators of patients better than western medicine alone.Its mechanism may involve improved glucose and lipid metabolism,systemic pro-inflammatory state,and myocardial remodeling.
