摘要:
目的:探究涤痰逐瘀方联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及对患者血液流变学、应激及中医证候评分的影响。方法:选取慢性盆腔炎患者102例,依据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组及对照组,对照组51例患者给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组51例患者在对照组的基础上给予涤痰逐瘀方治疗,两组患者均治疗1个月,比较两组患者血液流变学、氧化应激及中医证候评分。结果:观察组患者治疗后主症、次症及局部证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组患者治疗后血黏度、纤维蛋白原(Fib)水平及血细胞比容均低于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组患者治疗后氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)均高于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组患者治疗后丙二醛(MDA)低于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组患者治疗后降钙素原(PCT)、粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:涤痰逐瘀方联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎具有较好的临床疗效,其能改善局部微循环及中医证候评分,减轻炎症所致的氧化应激损伤,抑制慢性炎性增生。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect of Ditan Zhuyu decoction combined with Levofloxacin on chronic pelvic inflammation,hemorheology,stress and TCM syndrome score.Methods:Selected 102 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,based on the stochastic indicator method divided the patients into observation group and control group,51 cases of control group patients were given levofloxacin treatment,51 cases of observation group of patients in the control group given chase polyester phlegm and blood stasis on the basis of treatment,two groups of patients were 1 month treatment,compared two groups of patients' blood rheology,oxidative stress and TCM syndrome score.Results:The scores of primary symptoms,secondary symptoms and local signs in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood viscosity,fibrinogen(Fib)levels and hematocyte specific volume in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Oxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)in observation group were higher than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,malondialdehyde(MDA)in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of procalcitonin(PCT),granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ditan Zhuyu decoction combined with levofloxacin has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can improve local microcirculation and TCM signs score,reduce oxidative stress injury caused by inflammation,and inhibit chronic inflammatory hyperplasia.
