摘要:
高脂血症是临床常见的慢性疾病,表现为血脂异常如甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白升高,是多种心血管疾病的独立危险因素。当前,我国心血管疾病患病率仍处于上升阶段,调节血脂水平是防治心血管疾病的重要举措。中医领域中高脂血症无固定命名,患者亦无主观症状,刘如秀教授根据长期临床经验认为高脂血症属于“血浊”范畴。病因析理,高脂血症患者发病之因为脾胃亏虚,发病之本为肾元亏虚,发病之病理过程为痰湿浊邪、瘀血积聚。针对于此,刘教授采取消补兼施,标本兼治。一方面健脾疗因、益肾固本; 另一方面祛痰化瘀、去旧生新。据此辨证施治,往往收效颇佳。由于高脂血症虚实夹杂,具有“粘、滞、虚、瘀”等特点,病程长,易反复,治疗过程需长期服药,以达疗效。
Abstract:
Hyperlipidemia is a common chronic disease in clinics and an independent risk factor for cardiovascular diseases.It is characterized by dyslipidemia,such as elevated triglycerides,cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein.Regulating blood lipid levels is an important measure to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases.In the field of traditional Chinese medicine,hyperlipidemia has no fixed name and patients have no subjective symptoms.Professor LIU believes that hyperlipidemia belongs to the category of “blood turbidity” according to long-term clinical experience.According to the etiological analysis,the pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia is a spleen deficiency,kidney deficiency,and the pathological process of the pathogenesis is phlegm dampness,turbid evil,and blood stasis accumulation.Because of this,professor LIU adopted the combination of elimination and supplement and the treatment of both symptoms and root causes.On the one hand,it can strengthen the spleen,benefit the kidney and consolidate the foundation.On the other hand,it can dispel phlegm and remove blood stasis,remove the old and give birth to the new.However,hyperlipidemia is mixed with deficiency and excess,it has the characteristics of “viscosity,stagnation,deficiency and blood stasis”,so the disease process is long.Long-term medication is required in the treatment process to achieve a curative effect.
