摘要:
本文归纳总结苏励教授治疗干燥综合征的临证经验,苏教授认为导致疾病发生的病因虚实夹杂,实则责之于湿热瘀邪,脾胃之气受损,水湿痰饮,湿热内蕴,瘀血阻滞,导致津液输布失常; 虚则责之于气血阴阳亏虚,以致津液化生、运行、输布失常; 加之疾病病情迁延、缠绵难愈的特点,造成全身多脏腑功能的失调,津液失化。因而苏教授在临证治疗中提出养阴清热以助生津,健脾化瘀以助布津,病证结合,多脏腑整体治疗的治疗原则,提倡注重患者疾病发生发展的不同阶段,根据不同的发病兼证,采用辨证辨病相结合的方式遣方施药,已取得一定的临床疗效。本文也为中医药在该病中的认识及诊疗提供一定的参考。
Abstract:
This paper summarizes the clinical experience of professor SU Li,in the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome.Professor SU believes that the cause of the disease is intermingled deficiency and excess.Excess is responsible for dampness-heat and blood stasis evil.Which the damage of spleen and stomach qi,dampness and phlegm,dampness-heat internalization,blood stasis block result in abnormal body fluid distribution.Deficiency is responsible for the deficiency of yin and yang,qi and blood,so that body fluid transformation,operation and distribution are abnormal.The characteristics of the disease protracting and difficult to heal result in dysfunction of multiple organs and fluid loss.Therefore,professor SU proposed the therapeutic principles of nourishing yin and clearing heat to help produce fluid,invigorating spleen and removing blood stasis to help spread out fluid,holistic treatment of multiple viscera by the combination of disease and syndrome.He also proposes to pay attention to the disease in patients with different stages of development and use the combination method of disease and syndrome differentiation to heal the disease.The clinical effects are affirmed.This paper also provides some references for TCM in the understanding treatment of this disease.
