摘要:
目的:分析补中益气汤联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)疗效。方法:选取98例AR肺脾气虚证患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用补中益气汤治疗。两组连续治疗4周,观察两组患者中医证候评分、鼻部症状评分、生活质量评分、血清学指标、鼻腔灌洗液嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数、不良反应。结果:治疗4周后,观察组患者鼻部症状评分、中医证候评分、RQLQ问卷评分、鼻腔灌洗液EOS计数及血清IL-4、IL-13、IgE水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补中益气汤联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂加减治疗AR肺脾气虚证,可有效缓解患者临床症状、体征,抑制炎症反应,改善患者生活质量,安全性较好。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effects of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray on patients with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:98 patients with AR of Feipi Qixu syndrome were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases in each group.The control group were treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray,while the observation group were combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of the control group.The two groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks.TCM syndrome score,nasal symptom score,quality of life score,serological indexes,EOS count of nasal lavage fluid and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:The scores of nasal symptoms,scores of TCM syndromes,scores of RQLQ questionnaire,EOS count in nasal lavage fluid and levels of serum IL-4,IL-13 and IgE at 4 weeks of treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of AR of Feipi Qixu syndrome can effectively relieve the symptoms and signs,inhibit the inflammatory response,and improve quality of life of patients,with better overall safety.
