摘要:
刘小虹教授致力于中医药防治呼吸系统疾病的研究,在30余载的中医临床工作中形成了具有中医岭南特色的肺病诊疗思想,其中培土生金法是调治各种慢性肺系疾病的总则,重视内外合邪的致病特点,巧妙分期论治,主张“肺鼻咽同治”,善辨湿浊痰瘀之邪,并善用岭南道地药材及药膳调理身体,坚持内外同治、形神同调,此外,刘教授继承发扬“五脏应时”理论对发病、辨治、调摄的指导作用。
Abstract:
Professor LIU Xiaohong is committed to the research on the prevention and treatment of respiratory system diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.During more than 30 years work,professor LIU Xiaohong has gradually established the thought on diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases with the characteristic of Lingnan in traditional Chinese medicine.Among them,the method of reinforcing earth to strengthen metal is the general principle in treatment of chronic lung diseases.Professor LIU Xiaohong also pays attention to the internal and external evils,treat them by stages,as well as advocates “simultaneous treatment of lung and nasopharynx” and attaches importance to the dampness,phlegm and blood stasis.What's more,professor LIU makes good use of Lingnan's native herbal medicine and medical diet,adheres to the same treatment of internal and external,body and spirit,inherits and apply the theory of “five internal organs in response to time” on the cause,differentiation and regulation.
