摘要:
目的:研究补髓柔筋推拿配合平衡肌力训练对小儿痉挛型脑瘫下肢功能及表面肌电图的影响。方法:选取99例痉挛型脑瘫患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(47例,脱落2例)和联合组(47例,脱落3例)。对照组接受平衡肌力训练,联合组予平衡肌力训练配合补髓柔筋推拿治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、下肢活动度、表面肌电图信号均方根(RMS)值、肌张力和粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)评分。结果:治疗后,联合组总有效率、下肢活动度和GMFM评分高于对照组,表面肌电图RMS值和MAS评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:补髓柔筋推拿联合平衡肌力训练治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫疗效良好,可提高患儿下肢功能与粗大运动功能,降低肌张力。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the influences of supplementing-marrow kneading-tendon massage combined with balance muscle strength training on lower limb function and surface electromyography of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:A total of 99 children with spastic cerebral palsy were selected and divided into control group(47 cases,2 cases of detachment)and combined group(47 cases,3 cases of detachment)according to random number table method.The control group received muscle balance training,and the combined group received muscle balance training combined with massage therapy.Clinical efficacy,lower limb function,root mean square(RMS)value of surface electromyogram signal,muscle tension and gross motor function test scale(GMFM)were compared between the two groups.Results:Clinical efficacy,lower limbs function and GMFM score in combination group were higher than those in control group,RMS of surface electromyography,MAS score were less than those in control group after treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Balance muscle strength training combined with supplementing-marrow kneading-tendon massage in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy in children has good curative effect,improve lower limbs and gross motor function,reduces muscle tension.
