摘要:
目的: 采用Meta分析对电针联合抗精神病药物(AP)在临床治疗精神分裂症(SZ),降低阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分的效果进行回顾性研究。方法:从2000年1月1日至2021年11月1日检索多个数据库,以PANSS为评价标准,用Review Manager对电针联合AP在中西医结合治疗精神分裂症PANSS评分进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入12项研究,899例患者。Meta结果显示:PANSS总分[P<0.001,SMD=-1.06,95%CI(-1.53,-0.59)]、阳性症状评分[P=0.01,SMD=-0.76,95%CI(-1.35,-0.18)]、阴性症状评分[P<0.001,SMD=-1.03,95%CI(-1.55,-0.51)]、一般精神病理评分[P<0.001,SMD=-0.79,95%CI(-1.38,-0.20)]、临床疗效[P<0.001,SMD=2.45,95%CI(1.67,3.58)]。结论:电针联合AP较单用AP可有效降低PANSS各项评分。
Abstract:
Objective:Meta-analysis was used to retrospectively study the effect of electroacupuncture combined with antipsychotic drugs(AP)in reducing PANSS scores in the clinical treatment of schizophrenia(SZ).Methods:Multiple databases were searched from January 1,2000 to November 1,2021.The methodological quality of the included studies was evaluated with review manager Meta-analysis of PANSS scores of electroacupuncture combined with antipsychotic drugs in the scale of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of schizophrenia was performed using the PANSS as the evaluation criteria,specifically including heterogeneity test.Results:A total of 12 studies with a total of 899 patients were included.Meta-results showed that PANSS total score [P<0.001,SMD=-1.06,95% CI(-1.53,-0.59)],positive symptom score [P=0.01,SMD=-0.76,95% CI(-1.35,-0.18)],negative symptom score [P<0.001,SMD=-1.03,95% CI(-1.55,-0.51)],general psychopathology score [P<0.001,SMD=-0.79,95% CI(-1.38,-0.20)],and clinical efficacy [P<0.001,SMD=2.45,95% CI(1.67,3.58)].Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with AP can effectively reduce PANSS scores compared with AP.
