摘要:
目的:分析健脾生血汤联合促红素对再生障碍性贫血的效果及对患者中医症候、炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取104例再生障碍性贫血患者,分为对照组、观察组,各52例。对照组给予促红素治疗,观察组予健脾生血汤联合促红素治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医症候、血红蛋白(Hb)、铁蛋白(SF)、转铁蛋白(TF)、炎症因子、治疗安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为90.38%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组瘀血紫癜、心悸气短、面色萎黄、腰膝酸软症候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Hb、SF、TF水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、缺氧诱导因子-2α(HIF-2α)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾生血汤结合促红素治疗再生障碍性贫血效果显著,可降低中医症候评分,提高Hb、SF、TF水平,抑制炎症反应,治疗安全性较好。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the effect of Jianpi Shengxue decoction combined with erythropoietin on aplastic anemia and its effect on TCM symptoms and inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 104 patients with aplastic anemia were selected and divided into control group,observation group according to random number table method,52 cases.Control group treated with erythropoietin,observation group treated with Jianpi Shengxue decoction combined with erythropoietin.Clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms,hemoglobin(Hb),ferritin(SF),transferrin(TF),inflammatory factors and treatment safety were compared between the two group.Results:The observation group total effective rate was 90.38%,higher than that in control group 75.00%(P<0.05).The observation group scores of blood stasis and purpura,palpitations and shortness of breath,complexion and soreness of waist and knee were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hb,SF and TF in the observation group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The observation group of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),ischemia induced factor-2α(HIF-2α)level were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Shengxue decoction combined with erythropoietin has a significant effect on the treatment of aplastic anemia,which can reduce the score of TCM syndrome,improve the levels of Hb,SF and TF,inhibit the inflammatory response,and has a good safety.
