摘要:
总结杜元灏教授对针灸疗法理论体系及诊疗规律的认识。杜元灏教授提出针灸疗法理论体系应包括经典理论体系和现代理论体系; 经典理论体系分为三大体系:经典经络系统、经典非经络理论体系和经典中医理论系统; 现代理论体系分为两大体系:神经系(线性联系)和非神经系(非线性联系)。将针灸临床诊疗病症分为躯体病和内脏病,分别以经典经络系统及多维度辨证作为主要指导原则,可进一步提高针灸临床疗效。
Abstract:
Summarize DU Yuanhao's academic thoughts of the theory and rules of acupuncture and moxibustion diagnosis and treatment.He suggested that acupuncture and moxibustion theory system includes traditional theory system(classical meridian system,classical non-meridian system and classical traditional Chinese medicine system),and modern theory system [nervous system(linear contact system)and non-nervous system(nonlinear contact system)].He divided the clinical symptoms of acupuncture and moxibustion into somatopathy and splanchnopathy.Classical meridian system and multi-dimensional syndrome differentiation are taken as guiding principles respectively.It can improve the clinical efficacy.
